The hotel occupies a renovated 1940 Art Deco building with terrazzo floors and original lobby columns where guests are greeted with complimentary drinks at check-in. There are 352 guestrooms on 14 floors some of which feature ocean views and/or balconies. You'll feel revived after a good night's sleep between 300-thread-count cotton-rich sheets on a plush mattress with separate mattress topper. Rooms also feature HDTVs with premium channels. A tropically landscaped outdoor pool and deck offer swimming and sunning enjoyment. The hotel also has a spa tub and poolside massage services. Make your way down to the white-sand beach and behold the Atlantic Ocean in all its turquoise glory. Towels are provided and beach and water sports equipment are available for rental nearby. The surfside tiki bar serves lunch happy hour and dinner and the hotel also has an Italian restaurant and a cafe serving three meals and a plentiful breakfast buffet. “We were there for Valentine's Day and my girlfriend's birthday (same day). Our experience at the Cadillac was great from the minute we checked in... We were upgraded to a pool view room, which was a really nice treat, and after arriving in our room, we had a visit from a hotel staff member who brought us a bottle of wine, courtesy of the hotel, as a birthday present. The location was great and the staff were helpful. There's not much there for Vegans, but there are fantastic Vegan restaurants on the Island (both North and South Miami Beach).”

“Staff, views and atmosphere of the hotel was great. Loved the green pool deck, cabana seating around the bar area, adult area, gyms and location. The boardwalk to the beach is under construction, but that's almost all of the hotels right now outside of North Beach. Bryan at the front desk was quick to resolve an inconvenience. Which was above and beyond. The beach attendants were great and super helpful when they didn't have to be. Love the extra cushions on the beach chairs. The waters, in house toiletries, softness of the towels and comfort of the beds were great features. Definitely will look at staying here again. Only items of concern was attention to details on the minor maintenance items(lamp) and detail dusting.”
