“On first impressions the hotel is okay. The rooms are outdated but nothing too bad. We come in a big group and eating out is a nightmare unless we want to eat in the buffet every night. It takes about 2 and a half hours to get seated with a table of 8. They continue to let tables of 4 go by. We preferred going out of the hotel and eating out at another restaurant so that we can eat together in a decent amount of time. ( no reservations are accepted). The only reason why I Am giving it two stars is for the beautiful and clean beach and most of the staff. Will not be returning.”

“This is an honest detailed review about our recent experience at dreams. Although we had a good experience I would not stay here again due to the dated and dirty room accommodations.
Rooms- very disappointed with the quality of the room. Our room was not a “luxury” accommodation as advertised. My dirty tub stopper was unscrewed and left in the tub. The water would come out yellow each time you turned on the water. Shower diverted was broken and tub clogged. Dusty light switches and sheets smelled musty (like a wet smell that wasn’t dried properly). I requested the items to be addressed or switch rooms and there were no other rooms available or upgrade options. The receptionist said she would send someone we went to dinner and came back to the same issues. Best part of the room was the stocked mini fridge with bottle beer and bottle Mexican cokes.
Spa- amazing experience at the spa. All the staff was so attentive and accommodating. My husband and I did a couples message and enjoyed the spa amenities. Highly recommend.
Food and drinks- food was descent. Again all the staff was so attentive and accommodating. Bar service was great. Drinks were strong not watered down. Tequila shots were also pretty good quality.
Beach is absolutely beautiful. We rented a cabana for $30 and it was so worth it to have a guaranteed spot with a good view.
Overall good experience with the exception of the room.”
