Os serviços de spa são incríveis. Especialmente não aquele cheiro de chá verde jasmim que envolve todo o hotel? Eu uso o ginásio, sauna e piscina interior. A piscina ao ar livre também é legal, mas se você for tomar sol, você estará na sombra à tarde, então eu digo ajuste seu tempo de acordo. Estou muito satisfeito. Os treinadores são muito prestativos e amigáveis.

Stayed May 31st 2022 till June 5th 2022 in a suite room with view on Bosporus and historic peninsula. Pro: - Fantastic room with everything you need. Perfect to relax and work. - fantastic staff caring and always helping you out. - spa, gym, pool - clean - good lounge for a snack, to work a bit and network. To improve: - I would only prefer a better sofa in the room. Something cosy and bit bigger to fully enjoy the evening watching a movie. - situation to get a taxi faster. Thank you to the staff for your help, kindness and professionalism!

The price is very high according to the service -Location not that bad but taxi drivers refused to take you to the area as it was crowded . - if you requested for a Taxi via the concierge it will take ever . - We arrived around 14.30 and got the room at 16.00 . - the front office staff were extremely rude , they asked you to wait for the room without a single apology. - Not even a service recovery or compensation (drink ) for proving me the key late . - the weather was 32 and the AC was not working it was set to 23 , i called them to send me the technician it took him 1 hour to check and off course was not working . - I have to stay inside the room with the technician for 1 hour . - at night still the AC was not cooling I called them hundred times they dont even botther them self to pick up the phone . - I have to call the room service to transfer the call then again they send the technician for fixing the AC . - I had to go down to ask them to change my room as my health condition required a cooler AC . -They changed the room but the AC was fixed to AUTO cooler a bit but not that cold . - I was informed but the front office manager that they always fixed the AC according to their standards not the customer standards as the summer just began. - No customer service , no compensation nothing . - it was the worst hotel experience in my life . - The turkish tourism has to improve in customer service and how to train their staff to deal with customer in a proper manner . -The only thing which was perfect is the house keeping they are amazing - Front office Rude andaggressive staff - No recommended at all .

The hotel is nice, great service and very clean. Our waiter ramazan akyel was exceptional, he couldn’t do enough for us. Made the best drinks, fantastic personality and waited on us all night. Great source of knowledge about the area and a thoroughly pleasant young man.Thanks Ramazan!

Its a nice hotel.But please do not underestimate the other complaints about the taxi situation if you dont have your own car this hotel may not be for you. Takes forever to get a ride. I saw the reviews and ignored them . Also kind of weird that a repair man walked into my room without knocking. Maybe some staff training.

É um ótimo hotel com serviço e localização fantásticos. Fomos muitas vezes ao restaurante Aila, e Ahmet Bey tornou cada noite mais especial que a outra. A comida era incrível, mas o serviço foi ainda melhor. Eu não poderia recomendar o suficiente. Vá para as costeletas de cordeiro, você vai me agradecer depois 👌🏻

Da chegada à partida, fiquei quase maravilhado. O hotel é incrível e exatamente o meu gosto. Cada ângulo atinge o prego na cabeça. Tivemos o quarto Fairmont Skyline no 32º andar. Simplesmente ótimo!

Very clean and neat hotel. All the employees are really friendly and welcoming. Specially the ones at the morning breakfast they are so helpful. Also Ahmet in the morning shift in the buffet he was so kind and helpful. The hotel has a great view over istanbul. Very quit place. I recommend this place to spend you stay at Istanbul.

Is a great hotel with fantastic service and location. We went to the Aila restaurant many times, and Ahmet Bey made every night more special than the next. The food was incredible, but the service was even better. I could not recommend enough. Go for the Lamb chops, you’ll thank me later 👌🏻

O hotel está bem, mas nada mais. Pelos seus padrões, ele olha para o passado: a prioridade é para carros, não para pedestres; na chegada, é necessário um depósito (para dezembro de 2020 - 1000 liras); os preços do serviço de quarto estão em euros. E um monte de pequenos fakapov - na primeira edição tivemos corte de eletricidade, tivemos que mudar o número; no segundo, o hamam não funcionou, a água do chuveiro foi derramada no corredor, as janelas estavam bastante sujas. O bar do lobby tem uma equipe muito hostil. Não são servidas frutas / doces no quarto para os associados Accor.

From the moment I checked in I felt the professionalism and warm welcomed by Asena at the front desk!She was beyond amazing, and helpful! This is what hospitality should be from a 5 stars hotels.I’ve been to many so called 5 stars hotels and not nearly close to the service I’ve got here.From Asena to the bar staffs and the door man to room service. The level of the service here is just superb,especially during the Covid pandemic, I do feel safe and secure staying here!I still have one more night To go here I’m sure they will take good care of me 🙏🙂. This will be the only choice of hotel if ur planning to travel to Istanbul!I will be back here in no time!Highly recommended!

I have been here in Winter 2018. There is free wi-fi. It is very luxurious. It is so far one of the best hotels I have ever visited. Very good service also.

Honestly the hotel, it’s bars and spa were too good we didn’t want to leave. Helpful and friendly receptionists and concierge! The bar staff too were really nice and make good cocktails, However, was really disappointed with the breakfast and the limited options they have. one thing I wouldn’t recommend is their hair salon, the stylist was a bit rude and was abt to burn my neck with the blow dryer and didn’t even apologise. Over all, we enjoyed our stay

Such a nice hotel. You arrived and the staff can't do enough for you. They're willing to help you in anyway. I arrived around 1am and they were happy and bright and jolly. Hotel itself is amazing. Very nice rooms. Very nice views. I was on the 31st floor and got amazing views. Bed is super comfortable and bathrooms are great with very nice bath and rain showers. I like the modernness of the hotel with the touch controls for lights, aircon, blinds and windows. The hotel is across the road from a Mosque (pretty much most of Instanbul is never far from one) but the good thing is the windows are good enough to not really hear the calls to prayer in the morning so as to not disturb your sleep. Very nice restaurant for breakfast and large array of fruit and vegetables and cheeses and even cakes if you so want in the morning. Eggs Benedict is recommended! Definitely be coming back when I go to Istanbul next time.

Limpio, servicio rápido y lujo . Nos encanto la piscina y el spa. Recomiendo este hotel 100% . Tienes todo cerca. Masaje en el spa en manos de Mohamed un trato muy especial y sobretodo profesional. El personal del hotel muy educados amables y servicial se nota que son gente formada y eso hace que te sientas especial .
