O pessoal é super simpático !!! Quartos limpos, boa conexão WiFi e o hotel está em uma posição realmente conveniente.

Nice but a bit old

O atendimento desde o momento que você chega é super simpático e rápido. Muito atento a todas as preocupações, tanto à tarde como à noite. Tudo preparado para um novo normal há vários pontos de gel alcoólico, temperatura medida ao entrar. Gostamos da área da piscina porque não havia muitas pessoas, mas a fachada parece um pouco negligenciada (questão de manutenção). O pequeno-almoço é tipo caixa para questões COVID e é muito completo. Bom para a família porque você não pode ouvir o que acontece nos outros quartos através das paredes. Obrigado a todos os funcionários.

La atención desde que llegas es super amable y rápida. Muy atentos a todas las.inquietudes, tanto el personal de la tarde como el de la noche. Todo preparada para nueva normalidad hay varios puntos de gel alcoholado, toma de temperatura al entrar. El área de la piscina nos gustó porque no había mucha gente pero se ve un poquito descuidada la fachada ( cuestión de mantenimiento). El desayuno es tipo box por cuestiones del COVID y es muy completo. Bueno para estar en familia porque no se escucha a través de las paredes lo que sucede en otras habitaciones. Gracias a todo el personal.

I will never reserve a room here ever again. The custoner service is really bad. The staff is very rude and moniter your every move. Very money hungry employees that act like the hotel belongs to them. I booked a room on priceline that gave the options of 1 queen bed or 2 full beds, i was traveling with my daughter, my sister, and my sisters 2 sons, so I picked the 2 beds of corse. Well we get to the room and I sign all the paper work. The next day we get followed and stopped at the elevator door to be accused of not providing acurate information. So i get into an argument with the staff because they saw us the day before and they knew we had kids with us but didn't say anything so what was the problem? I've never had to register my child when I book a room, add her to the number of people staying in the room yes but never register her and the website didn't even give me an option to add the kids. It just said 2 adults and the number of beds. Well, apparently the kids had to pay to stay too, which was not a problem, I didn't have a problem paying, but the problem was that the lady had not charged us for the kids cause she didn't think they were satying too and the reservation was for 2 adults. But, the website didn't give me an option it just said 1 or 2 beds and that the room fit 4 people. So they charged us a nother $400+ and engaged into anargument with me. The manager was being very unproffesional and rude. I personally think that they thought we were bringing more people to stay in the room since my uncles were helping us bring some bags into the room. The whole situation could have been dealt with different if they had practiced good customer service. Truthfully, I wouldn't have stayed in this hotel after this if I could have cancelled the reservation with out beeing chageged the full amount.

Quarto bom, um pouco escuro pela iluminação fraca. Localização perto da costa mar, mercados e estação do metrô.. Piscina com excelente vista. Cassino frequentado por nativos. Atenção especial por ficar próximo a uma região perigosa.

Stayed here with a large group of students on an educational tour of the city. The rates were very reasonable and the stay was relatively comfortable. Breakfast only accommodation but there are good places to grab a bite nearby. The decor needed updating at the time but that did not detract too much from our stay.

I attended a congress here and apart from the difficulties finding a parking slot, the place looked nice and well equipped for the event. Staff was friendly and helpful. The foods and drinks were good and well presented.I highly recommend this place for business events.
