“Our stay was excellent and this is our 2nd stay at the Hilton. We love the location since it is easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The Hotel staff was amazing and did an outstanding job handling all of our requests and needs. We booked 3 rooms and had a lot of different activities booked, different flights, and flower deliveries that they handled with ease. I want to give a shout-out to Daniel in the restaurant, who made our breakfast experience wonderful.
Omar, Beach Staff, was simply amazing and our vacation would not have been the same without him. He provided excellent customer service for six days and kept us informed of happy hours and service end times.
