“I highly DO NOT recommend the collaboration and the booking in this hostal. Due to the COVID19, it is not possible to change the date of the booking or to get the refund of the payment of this hostel (booking was made before the COVID19 started). It is impossible to contact them because they don't answer neither mail nor calls. The most important for them is to PAY IN ADVANCE and then - you won't see the money back and you can do nothing :) It is highly improfessional, I will give a negative feedback whereever I can to warn the tourists. Unfriendly place without good approach to the customers!!!!”

“Even in the face of a pandemic, with closed borders for visitors from outside the European Union, the hotel refuses to cancel the reservation and will charge the full amount. This is an absurd, i strongly not reccomend this hostal!!!”
