“Booked a room here for 2 nights after getting back from a cruise in February 2022. Looked beautiful and right on the beach. This "hotel" is NOTHING what the pictures look like! The room is a tiny, gross cement box. The beds are VERY old and gross. The sheets were VERY old, discolored and smelly. There were rips in them and blood stains. We stayed the first night because it was too late to leave. We checked out a day early, without a refund, and paid for a 4 star hotel near the airport for less money then what this place cost. **Parking**they don't have anywhere to park so they offer valet parking that you have to pay for. We had a rental car so we used it. A month after we got back from Miami we got a notice from the rental car place that we owe them money from a parking ticket. We did not get a parking ticket! Looked the ticket up and it was from a date and time that the "valet" had our car! We called the hotel and they said sometimes the valet parking is full so they have to park in other places! They told us they would pay it and also the fee from the rental car place from getting a ticket. Almost a month later i looked the ticket up and it was still not paid. This is also going to cause problems at the rental car place for US! I would absolutely not recommend staying here.”
