Excelente hotel, atendimento, café da manhã e estacionamento.

Ótimo quarto, bom café da manhã, com Wi-Fi bom, só fica a uns 15km do centro de Boston.

The good: it was clean, staff was nice, price was reasonable at the time.Good location for us and near a good selection of restaurants.The bad: did not get one housekeeping despite being told it happened every 2 days.When we asked on the 3rd day, we were toldit would happen the next day but still never done.Small nit to pick, never saw a breakfast without 1 piece of bread.They had prepackaged muffins, etc.They certainly could have a few packaged bagels.We visit area often but stayed here for the availability and price.Wouldn't rule out a repeat stay but would not be a first choice.

I am almost disappointed we were only here one night!! 20 mins from the airport. Free parking. The rooms were all renovated with comfy beds and gorgeous showers. One cup coffee pot in room, plus microwave and mini fridge. The hot breakfast was AMAZING. Obviously homemade items, plus the usual assortment of grab n go. Would stop here again for a longer visit!

Aprecio a água na nossa chegada e, a nosso pedido, no entanto, fui informado por um membro da equipe que eu estava apenas para obter água quando fiz o check-in. John Anthony , Sylvia and Pierre were the best. Their service and kindness stood out. I appreciate the water upon our arrival and at our request however I was informed by a female staff member that I was only to get water when I checked in. The room was clean and met our needs. The shower had great water pressure and the ac worked well. The only thing about this stay that really needs attention was the smell outside the door of room 511. It stunk ..please attend to this issue. The breakfast was great and the facilities adequate.

This was a great stay for us. We were visiting Boston and used it as a place to sleep. The staff was very friendly, room was huge and clean. The walk-in shower was enormous, great water pressure. Breakfast was okay, but free. We couldn't figure out the fridge, but that might have been user error. You can hear the highway, but not loudly enough that it bothered us at all.

Acabamos ficando neste hotel alguns dias enquanto nosso apartamento estava sendo consertado, os níveis de estresse estavam fora deste mundo. Todo mundo foi tão legal e acolhedor que acabou parecendo um mini staycation! Eles foram todos tão ótimos com o meu pequeno também. Os quartos são decentes, limpos. O café da manhã sempre foi tão bom! Eu definitivamente ficaria novamente se algo acontecesse.

We ended up staying at this hotel a few days while our apartment was being fixed, the stress levels were out of this world. Everyone was so nice and accommodating that it eventually felt like a mini staycation! They were all so great with my little one, too. Rooms are decent, clean. Breakfast was always so good! I’d definitely stay again if anything were to ever happen.

A piscina estava fechada, mas não nos foi divulgada na reserva. Eles deveriam ter isso postado em seu site. Ele estava sentado no escritório sem fazer nada. A água ficou gelada no meio do banho na manhã em que eu estava saindo. A senhora que fez o check-out antes de mim disse a mesma coisa ao gerente e ele argumentou com ela que havia de fato água quente. Ela literalmente fez check-out para ir para outro hotel para que ela pudesse tomar banho e seu filho pudesse nadar na piscina. Eles também não foram informados de que estava fechado. Recebi meu recibo depois de sair informando que havia saldo zero e agora meu cartão foi cobrado 2 dias após o check-out. E convenientemente ninguém está atendendo o telefone agora. NUNCA MAIS vamos ficar em um Fairfield Inn. Quero meu dinheiro de volta para ser honesto. Não foi o que anunciaram!

Pool was closed but not disclosed to us at booking. They should have that posted on their website. Some of the staff couldn't communicate with us which can be frustrating if they were your only option as sometimes it was not easy tracking someone down. Called down to request towels and never received any. My wife went and asked for some to be told they ran out and it would be a half hour. Then she went back to the front desk a half hour later and waited there between 5 and 10 minutes and nobody showed up to the front desk where someone should always be. She had to go find the employee (manager). He was sitting in the office doing nothing. Water got ice cold mid shower the morning I was leaving. The lady checking out before me said the same thing to the manager and he argued with her that there was in fact hot water. She literally checked out to go to another hotel so she could shower and her kid could swim in the pool. They were not told it was closed either. I got my receipt after leaving stating there was a zero balance left and now my card got charged 2 days after we checked out. And conveniently nobody is answering the phone now. NEVER AGAIN will we stay in a Fairfield Inn. I want my money back to be honest. Was not what they advertised!

The room was OK. The hotel is way under staffed and the staff is not well trained. Just wanted to change the card I was billed to at check out and the desk clerk did not know how.I spent about an hour in total dealing with this issue.Also asked for daily maid service but only got it once in the 4 days I was there. And that one time they just made the bed and left towels. They didn't even empty the trash.I spoke with the GM who was very nice and very pleasant but instead of asking how he could compensate me he said "sorry that's the way things are these days".My son just moved to the area and I will need a place to stay when I come to visit.This will not be one of my choices.

Fiquei neste hotel recentemente para o funeral de um membro da família. Jeanette, a gerente geral, realmente foi além para deixar eu e meus familiares confortáveis. Ela foi simpática e prestativa, permitindo que alguns de nós fizessem o check-in mais cedo e descarregassem nossa bagagem. Ela também atendeu a solicitações de localização de quartos, lembrou de nomes e números de quartos e garantiu que os pontos Marriott Bonvoy fossem alocados corretamente. Em relação ao hotel em si, era limpo e silencioso, a cama era confortável e o café da manhã era excelente. O hotel também está em uma ótima localização, próximo à rodovia e restaurantes. Eu recomendo este hotel!

I stayed at this hotel recently for a family member's funeral. Jeanette, the General Manager, truly went above and beyond to make me and my family members comfortable. She was friendly and helpful, allowing some of us to check in early and unload our luggage. She also accommodated room location requests, remembered names and room numbers, and made sure Marriott Bonvoy points were allocated correctly. Regarding the hotel itself, it was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is also in a great location, convenient to the highway and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel!
