The room was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Matt at the front desk was so nice. He definitely ran circles around that place, keeping all the guests satisfied. The woman working short staffed for housekeeping was so sweet and didn't act as if I was putting her out when I asked for more towels. However, because she was short staffed they ran out of clean towels. Breakfast was good. Waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage patties and everything else expected on a breakfast bar. My BIGGEST complaint was the man in room 106. He talked loud, blared music at 7am and smoked so much pot the hallway reeked. My son kept saying how it smelled like skunk. So much for a smoke free building. Matt and housekeeping definitely deserve a raise as much running around as they did.

If you are a person that reads reviews before you book the room, look no further. The hotel staff are very friendly and will make sure your stay is comfortable. Rooms are clean and spacious. Waffles, muffins, eggs and sausage/bacon for breakfast. The location is also great, with restaurants and fuel less than a block away. Easy hwy 77 access.

If zero stars was an option; it would definitely be fitting for this place. I checked in just to check out. The room was awful with a horrible faint smoking smell; the comforter was dirty with stains on it; the sheets did not appear as it had been changed as strands of hair was in the bed. The bathroom did not appear as it was swept or cleaned in general. The lamp in the room did not work. The telephone in the room did not work as it was disconnected. It was a really awful experience. The hotel is also located in a very sketchy area. I was not comfortable leaving my vehicle overnight here. Staff members were nice and tried to make accommodations for me to stay; hotel was disgusting and outdated. There was no way I could continue staying there.

One star is being generous. I was forced to stay here because my flight was cancelled. The hallways to my room greeted me with wallpaper separating from the walls at every seam. I walk into my room to a horrible smell and found that food was left in the microwave. The bed was not comfortable, though it appeared clear. woke in the morning after 3 hours of sleep and went to take a shower to find mold in the showerhead and on the bath mat. I tried to find another room but could not. Next time, I'll sleep in the airport. It would be safer and cleaner.

My family and I are here now. This is the worse mistake we've ever made in choosing a hotel. Do NOT put your family here unless you just don't care to stay wherever. Our room is disgusting. We have complained to the front desk. We had to get rags and cleaner to clean the bathroom. I pray we don't take bed bugs or roaches home with us. I told my family if they saw me up with my flashlight they will know why. I have even contemplated sleeping in my vehicle. I can't wait to leave .
