-5/5 …. NO STARS…. RUDE FRONT DESK STAFF!! I made my own review and then read through the other reviews!!! We all have had the same issue with your front desk person!!! He’s RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! Is this a family operated HOTEL??? That’s the only reason I could think you still have your RUDE front desk person working there!

Atendimento ao cliente horrível. Ligou 3 vezes antes de fazer reservas, terceira vez que ligo estava no local e o atendente da recepção estava em seu carro. Foi muito rude e curto comigo, não faria check-in antecipado e não cancelaria reservas, o que eu entendo, mas faltava profissionalismo e mostrava total falta de preocupação com o atendimento ao cliente enquanto estava sentado no sofá e no telefone. Quando eu disse que liguei várias vezes, ele disse que não perdeu nenhuma chamada, mas eu tenho os registros de chamadas. Então, quando perguntei quando poderia falar com o gerente, ele disse de manhã e que também estaria lá como se isso importasse ... o covid deu às pessoas empregos que não deveriam estar funcionando. Para adicionar insulto à injúria quando tive tempo de fazer o check-in e verificar o quarto; que sempre farei agora, havia lixo e garrafas quebradas na frente da cama. Além do fato de que o próprio hotel estava desgastado, malcheiroso e tinha coisas por todo o lado, não estava nas melhores condições ... foi dado outro quarto. Nunca tentará "economizar um dinheirinho" novamente e verificará as avaliações primeiro. Também filmará e tirará fotos ao sair para garantir que receba meu depósito para incidentes.

Horrible customer service. Called 3 times before making reservations, third time I call I was on location and the front desk attendant was in his car. Was very rude and short with me, wouldn't do an early check in and wouldn't cancel reservations, which I understand but lacked any professionalism and showed complete lack of concern for customer service while sitting on a couch and on his phone. When I said I called several times he said he missed no calls but I have the call records. Then when I asked when I could speak to the manager he said in the morning and that he'd be there too as if that mattered... covid has given people jobs that should not be working. To add insult to injury when I had time to check in and check the room; which I will always do now, there was trash and broken bottles at the front of the bed. On top of the fact that the hotel itself was worn down, smelly and had stuff all over, it was not in the best condition at all...was given another room. Will never try to "save a buck" again and will check reviews first. Will also video and take pics on my way out to make sure I get my deposit for incidentals.

Para o que é, um motel rebelde, a atmosfera é ótima. As pessoas se comportam com respeito e cuidam de seus próprios negócios. Nos 3 dias que estive aqui o local estava bastante cheio. Durante toda a noite foi agradável e tranquilo. Não foi acordado uma vez. 5 estrelas o dia todo só por esses pontos. Eu avalio 4 na pia do banheiro levaria 10 minutos para drenar após o uso. Cheiro estranho no quarto, e eu estava aqui 5 minutos e matei uma barata grande. Suas entranhas são a mancha na parede da foto. A equipe foi excelente. Não é um lugar ruim. Eu recomendo que você use chinelos em todos os momentos.

Tl; Dr, eles estavam reformando às 8 da manhã a maior parte da nossa estadia, o quarto cheirava estranho, a água do banheiro cheirava a esgoto e nossos cartões-chave não funcionavam.Eu e meu amigo ficamos aqui durante as férias por uma semana apenas alguns dias atrás. 4 de 6 desses dias fomos acordados por batidas altas e perfurações entre 8h e 9h. Acontece que eles estavam reformando o quarto ao lado do nosso e outro quarto no corredor. E 1 dia desses 3 outros alguém decidiu aspirar por volta das 8h de uma quarta-feira e continuou batendo na nossa porta. Acabei recebendo uma cobrança estranha por 3 $ cada dia que fiquei. O quarto cheirava muito estranho e a pia do banheiro cheirava a esgoto. Tivemos que trocar nossos cartões-chave 3 ou 4 vezes porque eles continuavam sem funcionar.Todos em todos não uma experiência muito agradável. A única coisa boa era que era uma unidade bastante fácil de e para o aeroporto e tinha um local de café da manhã atrás do prédio.

For what it is, a wayward motel, the atmosphere is great. Folks conduct themselves respectfully and mind thier own business. The 3 days I was here the place was rather full. All night long it was nice and quiet. Wasn't woken up once. 5 stars all day for those points alone. I rate it 4 on the bathroom sink would take 10 minutes to drain after use. Wierd smell in room, and I was here 5 minutes and killed a large cockroach. His guts are the smear on the wall in the photo. Staff was excellent. Not to bad a place. I recommend you wear flip flops at all times.

Good for a night, online states breakfast. There is no breakfast not even a waffle. They're brown bag special breakfast consist of water, 1 apple, yogurt and OJ. Rooms were clean, except for the Carpet has several large stains, but other than that it was ok.

Tl;Dr they were renovating at 8am most of our stay, the room smelled weird, the bathroom water smelled of sewage, and our key cards kept not working. Me and my friend stayed here while on vacation for a week just days ago. 4 out of 6 of those days we were woken up by loud banging and drilling between 8am and 9am. Turns out, they were renovating the room next to ours and another room down the hall. And 1 day out of those 3 others someone decided to vacuum around 8am on a Wednesday and kept hitting our door. I ended up getting some weird charge for 3$ each day I stayed. The room smelled pretty weird and the bathroom sink smelled of sewage. We had to swap out our key cards 3 or 4 times because they kept not working. All in all not a very nice experience. Only good thing was that it was a pretty easy drive to and from the airport and had a breakfast place behind the building.

Não é ótimo, mas não é ruim. Agora está recebendo uma pequena remodelação. Bela Cama. Bom banho. Sem café da manhã. Pelo menos há um McDonald's no estacionamento conjugado. O gerente geral que me registrou foi uma delícia. Ela foi muito legal e fez este lugar um pouco melhor.

Not great but not bad. Right now it's getting a little remodel. Nice Bed. Good shower. No Breakfast. At least there is a McDonald's in the conjoined parking lot. The General Manager that checked me in was a delight. She was very nice and made this place just a little better.

Stayed here twice in 10 days. First time room was reasonable. Around $69. Next time they want $230 for an identical room. Then on top of that, they put a hold on my Visa for $100 for incidentalsSaid it would go away when I checked out. 8 days later, it's still there. Visa said they didn't put a hold on it. They actually charged me extra for the room. So, I have to dispute it. I have been a diamond member now since 2014. I have never been charged for any incidentals. This charge was pathetic in the first place and goes to show how conniving this hotel is. I suggest you stay at one of the many other fine Choice hotels in to be area.

Roubo a US$ 260 por noite. Um hotel de US$ 85/noite na melhor das hipóteses. Datado, datado, datado. Fiquei desapontado e zangado com a audácia que eles têm de cobrar por acomodações tão decadentes. Além disso, eles cobram um depósito caução de $ 100 que é reembolsável em 6-7 dias? Que? Todos os móveis, acessórios e paredes foram danificados. Robbery at $260 a night. A $85/ night hotel at best.Dated, dated, dated.I was disappointed and angry at the audacity they have to charge for such seedy accommodations.Furthermore, they charge you a $100 damage deposit that is refundable in 6-7 days? What? Every piece of furniture, fixture and wall was damaged.They should have paid me a $100 dollars to stay there ! Warning stay away!

O quarto era bom com toques modernos agradáveis, como portas de carga USB. O banheiro era limpo, mas totalmente sem consideração ergonômica humana. Os rolos de papel higiênico foram montados a 4 pés de distância do vaso sanitário. Com 6 pés de altura eu poderia alcançá-lo, mas nenhuma criança poderia, muito menos muitas mulheres. Também o gancho de toalha estava na parede atrás da porta. Colocação muito estranha, pois é inconveniente de usar. Eu os vi na parte de trás das portas, mas nunca na parede atrás da porta, a 6 pés do chuveiro. Os ganchos de toalha devem estar próximos o suficiente para serem alcançados do chuveiro. Eles realmente precisam repensar essa remodelação antes de avançar ainda mais.

The room was fine with nice modern touches like USB charge ports. The bathroom was clean but totally without human ergonomic consideration. The toilet paper rolls were mounted 4 feet away from the toilet. At 6Ft tall I could reach it, but no child could, much less a lot of women. Also the towel hook was on the wall behind the door. Very odd placement as it is inconvenientto use. I have seen them on the back of doors, but never the wall behind the door 6 feet from the shower. Towel hooks should be close enough to be reached from a shower. They really need to rethink this remodel before progressing further.

Buen lugar en un estratégico lugar. No es caro, desayuno básico incluido, una gran plaza en frente, restaurantes bancos cercanos.

Muy bien y acogedor, siempre reservamos pero está ves no y estaba barato, el desayuno está a muy bien, cuartos grandes y camas buenas para descansar... Excelente ese hotel
